Imprint Audio Philosophy

Imprint Audio has one passion and that is high end audio. We believe that no compromise should ever be made in the design of audio equipment.

Our philosophy is simple: Creation, not just design. Music is created in the soul and the equipment designed to reproduce it should be approached in the same manner. Our vision is shaped by continuous research and development, and refined by sophisticated speaker modeling software and test equipment.

We are fortunate to be a small company and it is for this reason that we are able to individually fine tune and adjust each of our products for maximum performance. We challenge conventional thinking through our belief that state of the art advancements are only made in an open and creative environment.

Only high end drivers and high quality high density building materials are used in the design and construction of our products.

Drivers are tested side by side to be absolutely sure of their compatibility. This allows us to carefully match drivers for the best possible sound quality.

Every driver is individually tested to ensure that their parameters are correct. This allows us to specifically tailor each enclosure regardless of the manufacture.

Finally, each speaker system is thoroughly tested before it leaves our studio. This serves two purposes. First, speakers require a "break in period". Our testing provides the necessary time for the drivers to settle. Second, during this final stage we are able to tweak and fine tune each speaker to make sure that they are at their optimum performance level.

This is done to ensure that when you hear our products, your first impression can only be "whoa!" Our customers have been known to dig out their old records and CDs just to hear what they were missing on their old system.
